This Return Policy outlines the terms and conditions for returns, refunds, and cancellations for services provided by Ximthorethap.
Due to the custom nature of our restoration services, returns are handled on a case-by-case basis. If you are not satisfied with our restoration work, you must contact us within 30 days of receiving your restored fixture to discuss potential remedies.
For restoration services that have not yet begun, you may cancel your order within 48 hours of placing it for a full refund of any deposit paid, minus any assessment fees already incurred.
To be eligible for a return or refund consideration, the following conditions must be met:
We reserve the right to inspect the fixture before processing any return or refund request.
If a return is approved and the issue is due to our error or failure to meet specifications, we will cover the cost of return shipping. If the return is due to a change of mind or reasons not related to our workmanship, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
All returned items must be properly packaged to prevent damage during transit. We are not responsible for damage that occurs during return shipping if the item was not properly packaged.

For services, if we fail to deliver the service as described or fail to meet agreed quality standards, you may be entitled to a refund or re-performance of the service at no additional cost.
You may cancel your restoration order under the following conditions:
To cancel an order, you must contact us in writing (email is acceptable) and receive confirmation of cancellation from us.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. Refunds will be processed within 10-15 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

You will receive an email notification once your refund has been processed. Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution.
We stand behind our restoration work and offer a warranty on our craftsmanship. If a restored fixture fails due to our workmanship within 90 days of delivery, we will repair or re-restore the item at no additional cost, subject to inspection and verification of the issue.
This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, modifications made after delivery, or normal wear and tear.
